This local pipeline coordinates investigation of compiled behavior. It connects Ghidra-based analysis and ReAgent reconstruction with a behavioral specification, a separate implementation step, and comparison against the original program.
Stages
Discovery identifies candidate behavior and dependencies. Reconstruction produces code supported by binary evidence. A specification describes the accepted behavior, including inputs, outputs, ordering, and known gaps, before a separate implementation works from that contract.
Validation then checks the implementation through compilation and comparisons against the original behavior. Accepted stages can be resumed without repeating every earlier step, while recorded artifacts retain the connection between evidence and the implementation under review.
The intent is to make each claimed operation small enough to inspect and compare. A convincing description is not the same as behavioral parity. Context separation between stages is part of the workflow, but it does not establish correctness by itself.
ReAgent is an upstream dependency. This project is the surrounding local coordination and validation workflow.
